The staff were friendly and attentive, making my experience feel special. my room left something to be desired; it seemed stuck in the '70s. The small TV resembled an iPad, and the room's condition needed some TLC. I found it challenging to work on my laptop due to the outdated amenities and broken fixtures.

While it wasn't a deal-breaker, it could be a slight inconvenience for those in a hurry.

Central heating, coffee and tea making facilities, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in my triple room were useful during the stay whilst on holiday. Location: the hotel was next to nice bar/restaurant and the old town. The staff were attentive and efficient: D

We had a lovely stay at brunswick, enjoying the friendly service and accessibility for our dog. the garden provided a secure space for our pet, and the staff were welcoming. our room overlooked beautiful gardens and the sea, making for a relaxing retreat. the breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the care taken in maintaining safety regulations during our visit.

Nothings were clean or properly maintained. 🤷‍♂️.

I had a wonderful experience at Brunswick. The hotel was cozy and comfortable, with beautiful sea views that enhanced the atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. The food was delicious and plentiful, catering well to various tastes, and I particularly enjoyed the full English breakfast each morning.

Rooms were a bit dated, but updates are in progress. 😅.

    delicious breakfast
    peaceful gardens
    lack of family activities

We enjoyed a lovely seaview from our room, and the peaceful gardens provided a great space for our family and dog. Each morning, breakfast was a treat with delicious options.

My kids wished for more activities for them to enjoy by the pool.

It was just a good match for a weekend outing in Shanklin with excellent value for money. Breakfast was very good and staff were friendly, making our mornings pleasant. For a quieter stay, request a room away from the car park.

    outdoor swimming pool
    beach access
    family fun
    limited breakfast options

The stay was refreshing, especially with the kids enjoying the outdoor swimming pool and the fun games area. It was a great way to unwind after a long day, and we loved having access to the beach for family fun. A minor hiccup was the breakfast options not being as varied as expected, but overall, we had a lovely time! 🌊

    lovely gardens
    cozy swimming pool
    thin walls

I really enjoyed my stay here. the lovely gardens and the cozy swimming pool were perfect for relaxing after a day exploring. The beach access made it super convenient to spend time by the sea. The only hiccup was the thin walls, which let in a bit more noise than I’d like, but overall, it was a nice experience! 🌊
